Occupational Therapy
We provide occupational therapy support focused on improving independence, daily function and participation in meaningful activities.
This may include support with mobility, self-care, daily routines, home safety, community access and strategies to maximise participation and quality of life.
Functional Capacity and Care Needs Assessments
Therapy4Good provide comprehensive assessments to help identify support needs, daily care requirements and recommendations for funding or ongoing services.
This includes assessments for NDIS participants, including Home and Living assessments, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
Therapy4Good is also an approved provider on the Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) and Return to Work SA (RTWSA) panels for Care Needs Assessments.
Assistive Technology Assessments
We assess and recommend assistive technology ranging from simple daily living aids through to more complex and customised equipment solutions.
This may include:
- Mobility aids and equipment
- Postural seating solutions
- Showering and bathroom equipment
- Transfers and manual handling equipment
- Pressure care solutions
- Home access equipment
Home Modifications
We support people to remain living safely and comfortably in their homes through practical home modification recommendations.
This includes modifications such as grab rails, ramps, step modifications and accessible tapware and showering equipment.
Our goal is to help people continue participating in everyday home activities with greater confidence, safety and independence.
Hospital Discharge Planning
Returning home after hospital can feel overwhelming. Therapy4Good work collaboratively with hospital teams, clients and families to help ensure a safe and supported transition home.
This may include assessment of equipment needs, home setup and environment and support needs for safe discharge.
